Boardflare does not receive worksheet, document, or prompt content merely because a feature performs a local calculation in your browser or add-in runtime. Some features create a separate data path when you explicitly use them—for example, AI authoring context, notebook-authored requests to external services, or information you submit for support. Error reports or support requests may also contain information you choose to submit or information necessary to diagnose a failure. Remove confidential or personal data from support reproductions unless it is necessary and appropriate to share it for the requested support.
